Die Zukunft ist elektrisch, und Norwegen bleibt das Maß der Dinge in Europa, wenn es um Elektromobilität geht. In absoluten Zahlen ist Norwegen, mit nur 5,4 Millionen Einwohnern, der drittgrößte Markt für Elektroautos weltweit – nach China und den Vereinigten Staaten. Warum ist Norwegen schon so weit? Nicht zuletzt ist dies auf die massive staatliche Unterstützung zurückzuführen. Die Regierung beschloss 2009, Elektroautos von der Mehrwertsteuer von 25 Prozent zu befreien. Darüber hinaus wurden Kfz-Steuern, Zulassungs-, Import- und Zölle abgeschafft.
Die Wartungs- und Reparaturkosten für Elektrofahrzeuge sind rund 35 Prozent niedriger als bei vergleichbaren Fahrzeugen mit Verbrennungsmotor. Elektrofahrzeuge benötigen ein funktionierendes Batterie- und Wärmemanagementsystem und setzen auf komplexe Sensoren für Assistenzsysteme, Bremsen, Fahrwerk und Komfortsysteme. Sie müssen auch gewartet und repariert werden – im Allgemeinen nur etwas vorsichtiger, denn bis zu 1000 Volt Spannung bedeuten Lebensgefahr.
Moderne elektrische Antriebstechnik in Kraftfahrzeugen erfordert eine zusätzliche Qualifizierung des Werkstattpersonals. Aber auch diejenigen, die bei der Herstellung und Entwicklung solcher Systeme mit der Hochvolttechnik (HV) in Berührung kommen, müssen als „Spezialisten für Hochvoltechnik in Kraftfahrzeugen“ qualifiziert werden. Mit dem neuen Christiani HV-Trainer können alle erforderlichen Qualifikationsstufen inhaltlich abgebildet werden.
Im norwegischen Larvik haben nun Christiani und der norwegische Partner IKM Instrutek im März 2020 ein zweitägiges HV-Training organisiert. Rund 30 Fachkräfte der Fahrzeugtechnik kamen aus ganz Norwegen zusammen, um sich in der theoretischen und praktischen Anwendung des Christiani-HV-Trainers weiterzubilden. Als Multiplikatoren geben die Lehrkräfte die neu gelernten Kompetenzen nun in ihr Schulnetzwerk, der Thor Heyerdahl-Schule, der Færder-Schule und Bilfag (Ausbildungsnetzwerk Automobilwissenschaft), und die dortigen Auszubildenden weiter.

The future is electric and Norway remains the measure of things in Europe when it comes to electromobility. In absolute terms, Norway, with a population of just 5,4 million, is actually the third largest market for electric cars in the world – after China and the United States.
Why are the Norwegians already there? Last but not least, this is due to the massive state support. The government decided in 2009 to exempt electric cars from VAT of 25 percent. In addition, vehicle taxes, registration, import and customs duties are eliminated.
The maintenance and repair costs for electric vehicles are about 35 percent lower than those of a comparable vehicle with an internal combustion engine. Electric vehicles require a functioning battery and thermal management system, and rely on complex sensors for assistance systems, brakes, chassis and comfort systems. They also need to be serviced and repaired – only a little more cautious in general, because up to 1000 volts of voltage mean danger to life.
Modern electrical drive technology in motor vehicles requires additional qualification of workshop personnel. But even those who come into contact with “high-voltage technology HV” in the production and development of such systems must be qualified as „specialists in high-voltage technology in motor vehicles“. All required qualification levels can be mapped in terms of content with the new Christiani HV Trainer.
Christiani and our Norwegian partner IKM Instrutek have now organised a two-day HV training in Larvik, Norway, in March 2020. Around 30 car technology specialists came together from all over Norway to further their training in the theoretical and practical application of the Christiani HV Trainer. As multipliers, the teachers now pass on the newly learned skills to their school network, the Thor Heyerdahl School, the Færder School and Bilfag (Training Network automotive science), and the trainees there.
